Planning Building Services (PBS) was formed 15 years ago to provide a wide range of design and building services centered around one key aspect of business which is attention to detail.

Much of the work we do combines a number of stages in development from inception to completion of new builds and extension which in some cases are designed and project managed including the preparation of bills of quantities for materials and labour.

Barry Smith is Professional in his approach to design, taking into account local factors in all aspects of the planning and design of all his work.
